The annual Lions Club and Best Western Spaghetti Supper fundraising event, which raises about $4,000 each year for the Fairfield High School fine arts and athletic programs, is scheduled for Thursday, March 14 with dinner served starting at 5 p.m. and the event ending at 7:30 p.m.
FHS students, coaches and sponsors will be serving the dinners while the Trojan band and chorus will provide entertainment in the pool area.
“The event gives the coaches and student-athletes an opportunity to interact with the community that supports them in a tremendous way,” said activities director Jeff Courtright.
Students and Lions Club members are handing out tickets for the dinners with the cost for a spaghetti supper $8. Dinner tickets can also be picked up in the high school activities office and will be available at the event.
“Things cost money and funds are an issue, so the more we can raise the better,” said Courtright before adding, “Go Trojans!”
