The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

Thursday

12:44 a.m. — Flower Fayessa Shreck, 22, of Fairfield, was cited in the 300 block of West Burlington for failure to have a valid license or permit for operating a motor vehicle.

1:22 a.m. — Heather Ann Perkins, 40, of Collins, was cited at B and Simmerman for failure to prove security against liability (non-accident related).

1:22 a.m. — A K-9 search was requested at B and Zimmerman.

6:30 a.m. — A business alarm sounded in the 2000 block of Brookville Road.

7:51 a.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 1000 block of South Sixth.

8:27 a., m. — Extra patrol was requested in the 500 block of South B.

9:19 a.m. — A hazardous road condition was reported in the 500 block of North Second.

9:45 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Fourth and Carpenter for a traffic violation.

11:24 a.m. — A parking concern was reported in the 500 block of North C. The vehicle owner was given a warning for parking left to curb.

11:40 a.m. — Police investigated theft ain the 1000 block of West Burlington.

11:52 a.m. — An animal concern was reported in the 1200 block of North Glenview Circle.

2:42 p.m. — Police assisted the Ottumwa Police Department.

2:48 p.m. — An animal concern was reported at Main and Madison.

3:01 p.m. — A parking concern was reported in the 500 block of West Kirkwood. The vehicle was marked for 24-hour parking.

3:55 p.m. — A utilities hazard was reported at Maple and Adams.

4:08 p.m. — A utilities hazard was reported in the 1600 block of West Burlington.

4:14 p.m. — Police assisted a motorist in the 700 block of North Fifth.

4:58 p.m. — Police were requested to check on the welfare of a person in the 600 block of East Adams Avenue.

7:47 p.m. — Police spoke with Washington Police Department about a missing person.

8:03 p.m. — Police spoke with Washington Police Department about a missing person.

9:02 p.m. — Police assisted the Iowa State Patrol.

9:11 p.m. — A traffic accident involving an animal was reported in the 1300 block of South Main.
