Friday

1:55 p.m. — A dog was signed for at Veterinary Clinic PC.

2:14 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South 17th.

2:33 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued in the 500 block of West Burlington for a driver-side brake light outage.

2:48 p.m. — A phone was found in the 2700 block of West Burlington.

3:48 p.m. — Psychiatric behavior was reported in the 100 block of West Broadway.

4 p.m. — Loud music was reported between Madison and Monroe off Fourth.

4:17 p.m. — A railroad crossing arm malfunction was reported on Ninth.

4:36 p.m. — Damaged property was reported in the 100 block of West Broadway.

5:33 p.m. — Police assisted the sheriff’s office in the 1900 block of 180th.

5:53 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 1300 block of South Main. Three juveniles between ages 8-10 were walking around and checking doors.

7:52 p.m. — A search was conducted at Jefferson County Law Center.

11:30 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 500 block of West Burlington. Everything was OK. Subjects were moving items into a storage unit.

7:50 a.m. — A traffic accident was reported in the 1100 block of South Third.

11:49 a.m. — A traumatic injury was reported in the 200 block of North 28th.

2:24 p.m. — Theft was reported in the 2700 block of West Burlington.

2:45 p.m. — Police assisted the sheriff’s office at 83 and 120 in Ottumwa.

2:52 p.m. — A utilities hazard was reported in the 100 block of Forest Drive.

2:54 p.m. — Police assisted the Wapello County Sheriff’s Office.

4:08 p.m. — A disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Hempstead.

5:05 p.m. — An animal concern was reported on North Sixth Street near Burlington Avenue.

5:50 p.m. — Disturbing the peace was reported in the 900 block of West Tyler.

6:44 p.m. — A controlled substance was reported in the 600 block of West Monroe.

11:34 p.m. — Thaddeus Nolan, 28, of Fairfield, was arrested in the 1600 block of West Burlington on a Wapello County warrant for probation violation.

Sunday

3 a.m. — Police advised subjects of park hours at Reservoir No. 2, also known as Pleasant Lake.

10:20 a.m. — Police assisted the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.

11:01 a.m. — A civil dispute was reported in the 700 block of South Maple.

11:44 a.m. — An animal concern was reported in the 1300 block of West Jackson.

1:06 p.m. — Loud music was reported in the 600 block of North Third.

1:07 p.m. — A dangerous driver was reported.

3:09 p.m. — Police investigated burglary/breaking and entering in the 500 block of North Court.

7:59 p.m. — Larceny theft was reported in the 500 block of West Harrison.

8:25 p.m. — Suspicious behavior was reported in the 200 block of East Hempstead.

9:26 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 1100 block of South Fourth.

10:59 p.m. — Domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of West Harrison.

11:44 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at B and Hempstead for a broken head light.
