The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

Wednesday

4:10 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued in the 1700 block of South Main for no taillights.

7:37 a.m. — Disturbing the peace was reported in the 400 block of West Madison.

8:25 a.m. — Psychiatric behavior was reported in the 200 block of South 15th.

9:04 a.m. — Police investigated burglary in the 2800 block of West Grimes.

9:36 a.m. — Police carried out a search warrant/consent search.

9:46 a.m. — Police investigated theft and other offenses in the 1300 block of South D.

10:53 a.m. — A building check was requested in the 200 block of North Sixth. An open door was reported.

12:08 p.m. — A traffic accident was reported at Sixth and Adams. Vera Rhodes, 66, of Fairfield, was arrested for driving under suspension and failure to show proof of insurance-accident related.

1:19 p.m. — Police investigated sexual assault in the 700 block of South Sixth.

2:02 p.m. — A missing person-runaway was reported.

3:32 p.m. — Police investigated burglary in the 400 block of West Adams Avenue. Criminal trespass was reported.

4:31 p.m. — Police investigated theft from a building in North Campus Village.

7:32 p.m. — Police assisted the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office in the 400 block of West Hempstead.

7:34 p.m. — A traffic accident was reported in the 1400 block of South Main.

8:26 p.m. — A civil dispute was reported.

9:07 p.m. — Police provided assistance in the 2000 block of South Main.

10:55 p.m. — Ottumwa Police Department spoke to Fairfield police about an elderly missing person.

11:44 p.m. — Police investigated disorderly conduct at Second and Burlington. At 11:59 p.m., Rachael Lorenza Austin, 43, of Martinsburg, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Thursday

8:23 a.m. — Larceny theft was reported in the 300 block of West Broadway.

8:44 a.m. — A traffic accident was reported at Main and Fillmore.

11:14 a.m. — A traffic accident was reported in the 300 block of West Hempstead.

11:33 a.m. — Police assisted the Davis County Sheriff’s Office.

11:35 a.m. — Police provided assistance in the 2000 block of South Main.

12:07 p.m. — Police investigated assault-intimidation in the 400 block of East Lowe.

1:34 p.m. — Police investigated fraud-impersonation in the 900 block of Fairview.

1:56 p.m. — Ottumwa Police Department spoke to Fairfield police about a missing person.

3:15 p.m. — A controlled substance was reported in the 100 block of West Burlington.

4:26 p.m. — A disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Burlington.

4:37 p.m. — A citizen had a miscellaneous complaint and service.

7:22 p.m. — Police investigated offenses in the 200 block of East Hempstead. At 7:42 p.m., Keith Robert Timmerman-Brown, 20, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with contempt of court, violation of a restraining order.

8:06 p.m. — Police contacted a business in the 2700 block of West Burlington.

8:10 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 2300 West Burlington.

9:15 p.m. — Ottumwa Police Department spoke to Fairfield police about reported a missing person.

Friday

2:33 a.m. — A police officer saw suspicious activity in the 2100 block of Key Boulevard.

2:39 a.m. — Vandalism was reported in the 1500 block of Woodside Circle.
