The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

Thursday

12:05 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Fourth and Washington for a headlight issue.

2:17 a.m. — Police assisted the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office in the 2000 block of South Main.

4:55 a.m. — Police assisted the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.

7:05 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued at 12th and Burlington for a traffic violation.

7:12 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued at 12th and Jefferson for a traffic violation.

7:30 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Fourth and Carpenter for a traffic violation.

8:49 a.m. — Trespassing was reported in the 300 block of East Briggs.

9:52 a.m. — A fire was reported in the 300 block of East Briggs.

12:19 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Burlington and Third for a traffic violation.

1:01 p.m. — Assault was reported in the 50 block of West Briggs.

1:05 p.m. — A missing person-runaway was reported.

2:19 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Second and Stone for a traffic violation.

3:06 p.m. — An animal concern was reported in the 600 block of West Monroe.

3:37 p.m. — Concerns were reported in the 2200 block of US 34.

4:14 p.m. — Fraud was reported in the 1900 block of Mansion Drive, Maharishi Vedic City.

4:20 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at B and Burlington for a traffic violation.

4:24 p.m. — Police investigated assault-simple in the 300 block of North 10th. At 5 p.m., Julie Ann Wyatt, 51, of Fairfield, was arrest at the Jefferson County Law Center and charged with assault-simple.

4:53 p.m. — Police investigated theft in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road.

5:45 p.m. — A traffic accident was reported on Kirkwood, east of Second Street.

6:53 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 200 block of Forest.

7:09 p.m. — Lost and found was reported in the 400 block of North Third.

7:12 p.m. — An arrest was made at Sixth and Jackson on a warrant from another agency.

8 p.m. — Susan Alexandria Kraft, 30, of Fairfield, was cited in the 200 block of West Burlington for failure to provide security against liability (nonaccident related) and driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied.

8:38 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued in the 3000 block of West Madison.

8:44 p.m. — Police spoke with Ottumwa Police Department about a missing person-mental.

8:54 p.m. — A controlled burn was reported at O.B. Nelson Park.

9:01 p.m. — Police were asked to check on the welfare of a person in the 600 block of North Court.

9:23 p.m. — Psychiatric behavior was reported in the 800 block of South Third.

11:32 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Main and Burlington for a traffic violation.

11:38 p.m. — Disorderly conduct was reported in the 2000 block of South Main.
