The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

Saturday

10:44 a.m. — Stolen property was recovered in the 500 block of North Second.

10:56 a.m. — A civil dispute was reported in the 100 block of West Stone.

3:17 p.m. — Police assisted a motorist at Sixth and Madison.

3:30 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued on Glasgow Road, one-eighth mile south of Madison, for a traffic violation.

3:32 p.m. — A traffic accident was reported in the 1200 block of West Burlington. Driver information exchange issued.

4:18 p.m. — Larceny theft was reported in the 900 block of South Fifth.

4:45 p.m. — A citation was issued at Eighth and Jackson to Tabbitha Kay Steagall, 28, of Fairfield, for fraudulent use of registration.

6:17 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Briggs.

6:48 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued in the 700 block of South Main for a traffic violation.

7:28 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported at Lamson Woods.

8:14 p.m. — A traffic accident was reported on Highway 1 in front of the Maharishi University of Management campus.

9:16 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 1100 block of Sunset Drive.

9:42 p.m. — Domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of North Fifth.

10:21 p.m. — Trespassing was reported in the 50 block of East Burlington.

Sunday

12:38 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued in the 1600 block of West Burlington for a traffic violation.

12:43 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued in the 2700 block of West Burlington for a traffic violation.

11:43 a.m. — Police investigated theft in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road. A gas drive-off was reported.

11:47 a.m. — An animal concern was reported in the 2500 block of West Burlington.

1:27 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Seventh and Sunny for a brake light outage.

1:40 p.m. — A citation was issued to Alexander James North, 30, of Fairfield at Eighth and Grimes for driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied.

2:40 p.m. — Verbal warnings were issued in the 1100 block of North B for expired registration and a brake light outage.

3:12 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Main and South Gate for a traffic violation.

3:37 p.m. — Police signed for a dog at The Veterinary Clinic PC.

4:39 p.m. — An animal concern was reported at Waterworks Park.

4:42 p.m. — Police assisted the ambulance in the 400 block of North C.

7:10 p.m. — Fairfield and Washington police departments spoke about a missing person.

7:17 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 200 block of North 28th.

8:30 p.m. — A juvenile issue was reported in the 700 block of West Broadway.

10:19 p.m. — Fairfield and Ottumwa police spoke about a missing person.

10:49 p.m. — A fire call was received in the 300 block of West Broadway.

Monday

12:56 a.m. — A citation was issued on Pleasant Plain Road, north of Reservoir No. 2, to Dale Johnny Rosales, 26, of Osceola, for driving while suspended.

2:08 a.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 1300 block of West Burlington.

7:55 a.m. — A municipal infractions citation was issued in the 1200 block of South Second for expired plates.

8:29 a.m. — Stolen property was recovered. An older cash register was found in Central Park.

8:35 a.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 2100 block of West Burlington.

8:45 a.m. — Suspicious activity was reported at B and Broadway.

10:17 a.m. — Harassment was reported on South B.

10:47 a.m. — Larceny theft was reported in the 3000 block of West Adams.

12:33 p.m. — A missing person-runaway was reported.

12:58 p.m. — A crossing arm malfunction was reported at the B Street railroad crossing.

12:59 p.m. — Disorderly conduct was reported in the 600 block of East Broadway.

1:21 p.m. — Police investigated theft and other offenses in the 2700 block of West Burlington.

3:29 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Sixth and Monroe for no plates and a “slow-and-go” at Seventh and Jefferson.

3:41 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 600 block of West Adams.

3:53 p.m. — A parking concern was reported in the 300 block of East Burlington. Vehicles were blocking each end of the alley, but the alley was clear when police arrived.

5:19 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 500 block of North Second.

5:19 p.m. — Police investigated theft-shoplifting in the 2700 block of West Burlington.

9:52 p.m. — Fairfield police and Henry County Sheriff’s Office spoke about a missing person.

10 p.m. — Traffic violations were reported in the 1200 block of West Burlington.

11 p.m. — Phone harassment was reported in the 400 block of South 14th.
