Trojan girls' use PKs to defeat Ottumwa

The Trojan girls’ soccer team defeated Ottumwa Tuesday evening on the road, 5-4, in a non-conference battle that improved Fairfield’s overall record to 2-1 and 1-1 in the Southeast Conference.

The Bulldogs took 24 shots-on-goal compared to just 10 from the Trojans, however, Fairfield scored on 50-percent of their attempts while sophomore Trisha Westphal made 20 stops for a 83.3 save-percentage.
